Read Across America in Review

The week is over
We had so much to do
Take a peek
And see what is new.

In honor of Leap Day 2016 we measured how far we could leap our frogs.

Mrs. Scacco was our guest reader on Tuesday.

Red fish, blue fish, one fish, two fish we counted, sorted, and had some fun.

On Wacky Wednesday we went into Ms. Rosvold's Kindergarten class and left a yummy surprise.  It's string cheese.

On Thursday we came to school in our pajamas and as a school read around the Mulberry Bush so early in the morning.

In the afternoon that day we ate our own version of green eggs and ham.

Read, read, read we did a lot of reading.

Look how much we read.... our hallways were filled with a chain of books throughout the school.

On Friday we were already for our Read Across America finale.  We went up on stage to recite our nursery rhyme "Little Boy Blue"

Even even had one of our own read a book to the entire class.
Great Job!!
